what makes us different

Our Approach to Veterinary Care in Bluffton, SC

As a client of Fetch A Vet, you can expect our full attention to your pet’s needs. During your appointment, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet’s medical history, current condition, and the reason for the appointment, gathering data for the doctor. One of our doctors will then examine your pet, ask you further questions, and recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Once we run the tests, the doctor will discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan, if warranted.

This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing.

We aim to visit all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there are times where the unexpected creates delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible. We are excited to meet you and your pets!

Meet Dr. Jessica Forster

Chief Medical Officer
Over 18 Years caring for animals.

Caring for animals has been a passion of mine since I was very young. I started working in Veterinary hospitals 18 years ago. That passion led me to get my Animal Science Degree from the University of Connecticut and my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine. I practiced small animal medicine in Oklahoma and Connecticut before moving to Bluffton with my family in 2019.

Starting Fetch A Vet is my way of extending my passion for animal care and my service to clients by offering house call veterinary wellness care. I enjoy creating genuine bonds with both clients and pets and look forward to many years of growing with the community.

Meet Dr. Hayley Hollier

Dr. Hayley Hollier is a Louisiana native and a cajun at heart (which explains the pronunciation of her last name “O-Yay”!). Growing up in a small town, with horses, dogs, cats, and eventually cows, she knew from a young age that her future career would likely involve animals.

Dr. Hollier obtained an Animal Science Degree from Louisiana State University in 2011. During college, she became involved in international mission work which led her to London, England, where she obtained her DVM degree from The Royal Veterinary College in 2016.

Dr. Hollier has worked in equine only, mixed animal, and small animal only practices. Her passion is for small animal surgery (and… for Cavalier King Charles Spaniels). A small town girl, she looks forward to building relationships with and getting to know clients and their pets. Moving from the Smoky Mountains, she also looks forward to “returning to her roots” and enjoying the warmth and humidity of the Savannah area!
